Unissued Option Pool
all shares of Capital Stock that are reserved, available for future grant and not subject to any outstanding Options or Promised Options (but in the case of a Liquidity Event, only to the extent Proceeds are payable on such Promised Options) under any equity incentive or similar Company plan.
Under review
Under review means a process is underway to make a final decision on a submitted application, work or performance metrics
Unvested
those Employee Shares which may be required to be converted into Deferred Shares or to be transferred under Article 19.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Unforeseen Circumstances means unexpected events or conditions significantly changing the status of a protected item or obligation outside the controlling party's reasonable control
Time Critical
Time Critical means an imperative requirement posing severe risk if not immediately addressed.
Unauthorized Person
Unauthorized Person means any individual accessing data or performing activities without required assignment or express authorization.
Transport Charges
Transport Charges means the fees owed for services provided relating to the movement of goods or items.
Terminal Leave
Terminal Leave means the allocated leave just before an employee's retirement or cessation of services.
USD-LIBOR-BBA
USD-LIBOR-BBA means the floating rate for U.S. Dollar deposits of a specified maturity on Reuters Screen LIBOR01, two business days prior.
