• Environmental Attributes means any emissions, air quality, or other environmental benefits, reductions, or allowances associated with the generation of renewable or low-carbon resources. These benefits can result from present or future laws or voluntary programs. However, they do not include any tax credits or grants related to the construction or ownership of renewable energy systems.
