Patents
any and all of the patents and patent applications set out in the Schedule, including any continuations, continuations in part, extensions, reissues, divisions, and any patent supplementary protection certificates and similar rights based on, or deriving priority from, them;
Payment in Lieu of Notice
Payment in Lieu of Notice means an amount given instead of the necessary notice period, equivalent to the salary and benefits due in that period
Paid Services
Paid Services means services provided to a user who subscribes and makes a payment
Part-payment
Part-payment means any amount paid by an entity that is less than the total due amount.
On-Call Duty
On-Call Duty means when an employee is expected to be readily available to respond to work requests outside of their regular working hours.
Nominal Roll
Nominal Roll means a yearly list of eligible students residing on a [specific area], attending an educational institution.
No Access
No Access means the situation where a specific service or page is unavailable for use
Pad Rent
Pad Rent means all compensation, including deposits and damages, a resident provides to the pad owner per a lease.
Objective Medical Findings
Objective Medical Findings means information from direct observation and testing, supported by clinical results, measuring certain irregularities using standardized methods
