Business Articles of Incorporation are fundamental corporate documents required under Dutch law for establishing a legal entity in the Netherlands. This document must be executed before a Dutch civil law notary and filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) to formally create the company. The Articles contain mandatory provisions required by the Dutch Civil Code Book 2, including the company's name, registered office, objectives, share capital structure, and governance arrangements.
