Part-payment
Part-payment means any amount paid by an entity that is less than the total due amount.
Operating Supplies
Operating Supplies means consumable items required for general operations, including but not limited to, stationery, cleaning materials, utensils, uniforms, and equipment.
Partial Refund
Partial Refund means the reduced amount returned to the patron excluding ancillary fees and costs
